Chris Austin
Chris founded Change Architects after more than a decade leading change, adoption, and enablement inside complex technology transformations.
His work has spanned enterprise CRM and ERP programs (including Microsoft Dynamics), AI adoption, training architecture, and organizational change — often in environments where communications, training, leadership alignment, and implementation had been running as disconnected efforts.
He started Change Architects to change that: to sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, and to give leaders one experienced partner across the disciplines transformation actually requires.
